Overnight Closure of US 12 for Pavement Marking of New Roundabout Intersection at Sargent Road
Thurston County Public Works will close US 12, from Pecan Street SW to Old Highway 99 SW/Elderberry Street SW, for the pavement marking of the new roundabout intersection at Sargent Road.

Increased Outreach Efforts and Cooling Center Offered Sunday May 14 and Monday May 15 for Extreme Heat Weather Event
Thurston County will declare a two-day, two-night Hazardous Weather Event May 14-15. During this extreme heat, Thurston County Homeless Service Providers will provide multiple options for individuals living outside to stay hydrated and find cool places to be during the day.
