Thurston County Public Health & Social Services is reporting a toxic algae bloom in Lake Lawrence. Lab results taken May 12, 2026, detected Microcystin toxin levels at 45.9 µg/L, which are both ABOVE the state recreation guideline of 8.0 µg/L.
