Ballots Mailed to Military and Overseas Voters for the August 3, 2021 Primary Election
– The Thurston County Auditor's Elections Division has mailed over 9,000 Primary Election ballots to military and overseas voters registered in Thurston County. Ballot envelopes must be signed and dated by Election Day or received via email or fax by 8 p.m. Pacific Time on Election Night, August 3, 2021.
For voters not in the military or overseas, ballots will be mailed July 14.
Races on the ballot include candidates for Port Commissioner, District 3, City of Olympia, City of Yelm, Olympia School District, Rochester School District, and Fire Protection District No. 6 – East Olympia. Measures on the ballot include Thurston County – Medic One, Fire Protection District 12, Fire Protection District No. 13 – Griffin, and S.E. Thurston Fire Authority.
Military and overseas voters who have not received a ballot by Monday, July 26 should contact the Elections Division at 360.786.5408 or firstname.lastname@example.org
for a replacement ballot.
