Law & Justice Council

​The Thurston County Law and Justice Council is accepting applications for two volunteer representatives to serve on the Council. Interested volunteers shall be a representative from a community based organization that is interested in participating in an inter-jurisdictional forum considering initiatives and resources to improve criminal justice services, enhance public safety and fairness and reduce crime throughout Thurston County.

No prior board experience is necessary.

​Purpose:

The purpose of the Law and Justice Council is to provide an interjurisdictional forum for consideration of initiatives and resources to improve criminal justice services, enhance public safety, and reduce crime throughout Thurston County.

​Meetings:

Meetings are held bi-monthly on the third Thursday of the month unless otherwise stated.
