ENERGIZE THURSTON

Thurston County partnered with the cities of Lacey, Olympia, Tenino and Tumwater to launch the Energize Thurston heat pump group purchase campaign in March-June, 2025. Energize Thurston was developed as a priority regional initiative of the Thurston Climate Mitigation Collaborative and is supported by grants from the State Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates (HEAR) program with funding from Washington’s Climate Commitment Act.

Energize Thurston helps homeowners throughout Thurston County save on energy costs and make their homes more efficient and comfortable, while helping to achieve regional climate goals. The program provides access to program-exclusive discounts, instant rebates, and customer support to streamline installations of efficient electric heat pump heating, cooling, and water heating systems.
