| Washington State implemented Same Day Voter Registration in the August 2019 Primary Election. You may register to vote online, by mail, voter registration drive or by any other means up to 8 days prior to Election Day. You may register to vote in-person and update your voter registration address up to 8 p.m. on Election Day. |

By any means (other than in person): You may register to vote or update your current registration 8 days prior to the election. The information must be received by an election official by this day. In person: You may register to vote or update your voter registration by 8:00 p.m. on Election Day at any county Auditor's Office, voting center or any other designated location. |
