Martin Way Land Use and Rezone Amendment
The Board of County Commissioners directed staff to incorporate this proposal into a broader Martin Way Corridor Zoning Analysis. The Martin Way Land Use and Rezone Amendment was not adopted as part of the Comprehensive Plan periodic update in December 2025. The broader Martin Way Corridor zoning study will be incorporated into the Lacey Joint Plan per the Board's direction on April 22, 2026.
The Martin Way Land Use Plan & Rezone Amendment is an applicant-initiated land use amendment to rezone approximately 8.11 acres at 7809 Martin Way East from Low Density 0-6 (LD) to Mixed Use High Density Corridor (MHDC) in the Lacey Urban Growth Area.
