Martin Way Land Use and Rezone Amendment
The Board of County Commissioners directed staff to retain the Martin Way Land Use and Rezone Amendment on the 2026-2027 Comprehensive Plan Docket. The project was not adopted as part of the Comprehensive Plan periodic update.
The Martin Way Land Use Plan & Rezone Amendment is an applicant-initiated land use amendment to rezone approximately 8.11 acres at 7809 Martin Way East from Low Density 0-6 (LD) to Mixed Use High Density Corridor (MHDC) in the Lacey Urban Growth Area.
