The 1st Annual Kiddie Krawl at the Thurston County Fair

Friday July 31 at noon on the Lucky Eagle Casino Main Stage!

Does your little one have lightning-fast crawling skills? Put them to the test at the first-ever Kiddie Krawl! Bring your champion crawler to the fair for a fun, adorable race where every baby has a chance to win.

Prizes are on the line! Enter your krawler below for a chance to take home awesome prizes and ultimate bragging rights.

Who Can Enter: Open to all crawling babies (who haven't taken their first steps yet!).

How to Win: Babies will crawl across our custom race mat. First one to cross the finish line wins! (Parents, you can use toys, keys, and snacks to cheer them across the line—just no touching!).

Fair Bonus: July 30th is Thrifty Thursday at the fair! Enjoy $1 gate entry when you bring a non-perishable food donation.

We are excited to welcome an authentic representation of Mr. Washington, who will stroll the fair, sharing information and presentations throughout the Fair. Join the Secretary of State Archives Division in taking a trip down memory lane! With lots of images and documents, the Archives will provide a glimpse into our past.

With the Archives exhibit, we are also proud to host the Billy Frank Jr. statue maquette, thanks to Arts Washington.Come see this replica of the statue slated for installation in National Statuary Hall in DC this year. We also welcome the Civic Storytelling Project to the exhibit. Have a story you want to record? Want to share your favorite memories of fair, or why you think fairs are important in our community? Here's your chance! 

Co-located with this exhibit is our Mascot Election, hosted by Thurston County Auditor's Office. This is a great opportunity for kids to cast their ballot (just like adults do) for the name of our 2027 mascot. It's a great way to teach kids about voting!
