Letters of Guardianship/Conservatorship and Letters Testamentary
Attorneys to supply Letters of Guardianship/Conservatorship and Letters Testamentary/Administration to Clerk for issuance. Clerk will issue letters for Self-Represented parties.

Submit your request, letter, self-addressed stamped envelope and payment with the clerk in court or submit in the “Filings” window at the Clerk’s Office front counter. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
Request by Email
Use Clerk’s Payment Site to purchase your letters.
- Select “Copy Fee” and enter case number.
- Enter payment amount. (Letters are $5.00 each plus a $2.00 processing fee.)
- Enter billing and credit card information.
- Email TCClerk@co.thurston.wa.us and attach your letter for issuance. Please include how many letters you are requesting; your payment receipt confirmation number and the mailing address you want the letters mailed to.
