All meetings with the records coordinators are by appointment only. Appointments are 15-minutes long and can be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is no fee for records coordinator appointments.

Appointments are held at multiple locations depending on the case. Please carefully select the service appropriate to your case type. Appointments related to civil and criminal matters are held at the Civil and Criminal Division. Family law appointments are held at Family, Juvenile and Probate/Guardianship Division
