Appointment Information

All meetings with the records coordinators are by appointment only. Appointments are 15-minutes long and can be scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. There is no fee for records coordinator appointments.

Please have all your paperwork completed prior to your appointment. The records coordinators may be able to answer questions but cannot complete the paperwork for you. If someone other than you will be attending the appointment, you must provide their name and contact information.

Appointments are held at multiple locations depending on the case. Please carefully select the service appropriate to your case type. Appointments related to civil and criminal matters are held at the Civil and Criminal Division. Family law appointments are held at Family, Juvenile and Probate/Guardianship Division.

Take Note: Exhibits do not get filed in your case. Absent a court order, you will not receive your exhibits back until the conclusion of the case, including any appeal periods.
