Target Zero

The Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office hosts the regional manager of Target Zero, a program of the Washington Traffic Safety Commission with the goal of reducing traffic fatalities and serious injuries from collisions to zero by 2030. To accomplish this, the Thurston County Target Zero Task Force must have a coordinated effort among various stakeholders in the community to provide education and enforcement. Our current task force partner agencies include Thurston County Sheriff's Office, Olympia Police Department, and Washington State Patrol. Additional partnerships include the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Intercity Transit, and SafeKids Thurston County.
