What is the Living Well Thurston Workshop?
A self-management resource program with the Self-Management Resource Center
- Interactive, supportive, skill building workshop for people with chronic physical or mental health conditions (Chronic Conditions workshop), or chronic pain (Chronic Pain workshop) and their caregivers.
- Get help controlling your symptoms, better manage your health and lead a fuller life.
- Led by two skilled, trained leaders living with their own health challenges.
- Sessions are held in-person and occur once a week for 2 ½ hours over six weeks.
- Based on the Self-Management Resource Center's Chronic Disease Self-Management Program.

What is the cost and how do I register?
Thurston County Public Health & Social Services Department is proud to offer this program free to participants. It also includes either a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Conditions book (Chronic Conditions workshop) or a Living a Healthy Life with Chronic Pain book (Chronic Pain workshop).
