Family Planning
Family planning is the practice of deciding if, when, and under what circumstances to get pregnant and have a child. This includes deciding the number of children and the intervals between their births. It involves the use of contraception and other techniques to achieve desired family size and spacing of children. Family planning allows individuals and couples to make informed decisions about when to have children and how many children to have, based on their own health, economic, and social circumstances.
