Who: Children ages 4 - 18 years 

When: Wednesday, August 19, 2026 | 11am-3pm 

School Required Vaccines: 

• DTaP/Tdap (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) 
• Hepatitis B 
• IPV (inactivated poliovirus)
• MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) 
• Varicella (chickenpox) 

Recommended Vaccines: 

• HPV (human papillomavirus) 
• Meningococcal

Additional Information

• Bring child’s immunization records, if available 
• Records may be accessed through MyIR at MyIRmobile.com 
  • *Note: this is where we will look up existing immunization records 
• Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 
• All children in Thurston County are welcome 
• No exemptions or waivers will be issued 
• Immunizations are available on a first-come, first-served basis
