Auditor’s Office Will Conduct Random Audit of the February 10 Special Election

OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Auditor’s Elections Division will conduct a random audit of the February 10 Special Election. This test demonstrates the accuracy of the tabulation equipment.  

Observers are appointed by the county Democratic and Republican parties to be on hand during the audit. If present, observers will be able to ask questions and learn more about the election process. To become an official observer, contact your local party. The general public is welcome to observe the audits from the observer corridor in Ballot Processing Center.
