OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Board of County Commissioners will host a public hearing on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. to accept public comment on the Gorgas Open Space Tax Program application.

Background: The applicants residing at 17825 138th Ave SE, Yelm, WA 98597 submitted an Open Space Tax Program application for their adjacent property at unassigned 138th Ave SE under the Farm and Agricultural Conservation Land and Significant Wildlife Habitat Area categories.
