Exhibitor Sign-Ups, Ticket Sales, and Camping Reservations Now Open for the 2025 Thurston County Fair 
The Thurston County Fair opens Thursday, July 31 and runs through Sunday, August 3.

OLYMPIA – Dust off your prize-winning vegetables, ready your show-stopping livestock, and prepare your creative masterpieces. Registration for all 2025 Thurston County Fair exhibits and animals is officially open! Exhibitor registration is free and available until Tuesday, July 1. Ticket sales and camping reservations are open now, too.

This year, the Thurston County Fair is making exhibitor registration easier than ever with the FairEntry online registration system. This new online registration method allows exhibitors to more conveniently register their exhibits and animal entries from anywhere using an internet-connected device like a mobile phone, computer or tablet. It’s user-friendly and is expected to streamline the process, ensuring a smoother, more efficient experience.

Looking for inspiration on what to show? The Thurston County Fair Exhibitor Guide is also available online. You can find it at www.thurstoncountyfair.org, and it includes exhibitor categories, rules, and helpful tips sure to spark ideas for ways you can participate. There truly is a place at the county fair for everyone!

Discounted Admission & Special Fair Days

  • Thursday - $1 entry with donation to Thurston County Food Bank
  • Friday - “Carnival Wristband Day” Buy 1 wristband, ride as often as you like!
  • Saturday - $2 entry for military & first responders with ID
  • Sunday - $2 entry for kids 6-14
  • Every day - Children 5 and under get in free
