The Thurston County Road Operations crew will be replacing the culverts on the entrance and exit roads at Burfoot Park on Monday, August 24, and Tuesday, August 25. Burfoot will remain open during its normal hours, 9:00 a.m. to dusk. Flaggers will guide vehicles in and out of the park for safety. Replacing the culverts is necessary to keep water moving, prevent flooding, and limit erosion that would damage the roads.
