Attorneys and those who are not represented by Thurston County Public Defense may seek dismissal, resentencing, or vacation of a case due to the State v Blake decision by sending an email with the subject line, “VACATE REQUEST LAST NAME or RESENTENCE REQUEST LAST NAME.“ The email must include the following attachments to be processed: a completed coversheet, Judgment and Sentence, Statement of Defendant on Plea of Guilty, and Prosecutor's Statement of Criminal History and Score Sheets.
