Thurston County Releases 2025 Community Health Assessment
Public Input is Needed!

OLYMPIA – Thurston County Public Health & Social Services is pleased to announce the release of the 2025 Community Health Assessment (CHA)

A Community Health Assessment is a collection and review of local health data used to track trends, identify needs, and guide community-wide health priorities. It is a critical step in defining the vision for health in a community so that targeted health enhancement efforts can be selected to improve policies, dismantle health disparities, and promote collective impact in our community.

As we look ahead, we are calling on all Thurston County community members to play a vital role in shaping our next steps. We invite community members to take the 5–10-minute Community Health Assessment, designed to capture voices from every corner of the county. Your input will help ensure that future programs and policies reflect the real needs and priorities of those who live, work, and play here.

Take the Survey and Make Your Voice Heard

Please take a few minutes to complete this anonymous assessment and share it with your networks — friends, family, co-workers, and neighbors. The more voices we hear, the better we can build a healthier, more equitable future for Thurston County.
