Thurston County Seeks Community Input on Proposed Land Use and Zoning Amendment
Planning Commission to host public hearing at the county Atrium building on August 6 at 7 p.m. 

OLYMPIA – The Thurston County Planning Commission will host a public hearing on Wednesday, August 6 at 7 p.m. The public is invited to provide comments on the site-specific Black Lake Quarry (Littlerock) Land Use and Rezoning Amendment proposal. Black Lake Quarry (Littlerock) Land Use and Zoning Amendment:
The Black Lake Quarry (Littlerock) Rezone is an applicant-initiated land use amendment to the Comprehensive Plan to rezone approximately 270 acres at 4741 88th Ave SW from Rural 1/20 to Rural Resource Industrial in unincorporated Thurston County. https://www.thurstoncountywa.gov/departments/community-planning-and-economic-development/community-planning/plans-programs-and-code-projects/black-lake-quarry-littlerock-rezone-amendment
