Maintenance Notice 

The upper restroom at Burfoot Park is now open. The orange construction fence will remain near the restroom until the grass is re-established in the area.

Features

Burfoot Park covers 65 acres of property with 1,100 feet of saltwater beach frontage on Budd Inlet. Visitors can enjoy nature trails and beach access that feature beautiful views of the State Capitol and the Olympic Mountains.

  • The Main Shelter has picnic tables for 32-40 people, a large barbeque, and an electrical outlet.
  • The Meadow and Forest Shelters each have picnic tables for 24-30 people and a large barbeque.

Park - 6927 Boston Harbor Rd. NE, Olympia 98506

From I-5, take Exit 105B (southbound) or 105 (northbound). Follow signs for Port of Olympia. Plum Street eventually becomes East Bay Drive then Boston Harbor Rd. Proceed 6 miles. Park entrance is on the left.

Boat launch facilities are available 1/2 mile north of the park at the Boston Harbor Boat Launch.
