Emergency Management

Emergency Management Council (EMC)

​The Emergency Management Council of Thurston County was created in 1993 via an Interlocal Agreement (renewed in 2013) to coordinate the local emergency management activities of the county, cities and tribes.

The Council is comprised of the emergency managers of the member jurisdictions.

The Council generally meets on the fourth Thursday of each month, typically at Thurston County Emergency Management.
