The Beaver Creek Land Use Amendment or CP-20 is a citizen-initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment that would amend the land use plan and associated zoning of approximately 389 acres in southern Thurston County along I-5 from Rural Residential/Resource—One Dwelling Unit Per Five Acres (RRR 1/5) to Rural Resource Industrial (RRI). The proposal was first added to the official docket in 2021.
Staff work is anticipated to begin on this application in late 2022, dependent on priorities set by the BoCC during their annual docketing discussions.
There will be multiple opportunities to participate in the amendment process once formal review begins. Find out more about the complete comprehensive plan amendment process.
Submit a public comment on the proposed amendments to the Project Manager, Maya Teeple.
