Beaver Creek Land Use & Rezone Amendment

The Beaver Creek Land Use Amendment or CP-20 is a citizen-initiated Comprehensive Plan Amendment that would amend the land use plan and associated zoning of approximately 389 acres in southern Thurston County along I-5 from Rural Residential/Resource—One Dwelling Unit Per Five Acres (RRR 1/5) to Rural Resource Industrial (RRI). The proposal was first added to the official docket in 2021.

 

Staff work is anticipated to begin on this application in late 2021 or early 2022.
