Superior Court Main Campus is open Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. except county or state holidays. Court Administration is open Monday- Friday 9:00 a.m.- Noon and 1:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

  • Parking information. Parking is available on campus, on the street and in the adjacent lot to the campus. There are parking signs posted to assist you.

Civil Ex parte and Emergency Matters
The processes outlined in the links below will be followed until further notice.  Even as the Main Campus Courthouse expands operations, there is currently no in-person civil Ex Parte available at Main Campus Courthouse (including no available in-person civil Ex Parte on Friday morning civil motions calendars).
 
Civil Motion and Dispositive Motion Calendars

Main Campus is hearing dispositive motion and civil motion calendars on Fridays. The Court has imposed caps on the calendars to comply with health directives. Calendars will be limited to 12 motions on the Civil Motion Calendar and two motions on the Dispositive Motion Calendar. Friday Motion calendars will not be available for ex parte. (See the Civil Ex Parte and Emergency Matters link for that process.)

Friday Civil Motions, Dispositive Hearings, ALRs, and Appeals will only be heard in the following manner to be determined by the assigned judge:

                              a.without oral argument,

                              b.Zoom hearing,

                              c. telephonically set time specific by order, or,

                              d.continued to a future date to ensure health care directives are followed.

The Court will issue an Order Regarding Scheduled Civil Motion notifying the parties how their matter will be heard.
