     (d) Video Conference Proceedings
     (2) Agreement. Criminal court proceedings may be conducted by video conference by agreement of the parties either in writing or on the record and upon the approval of the judge.

     (f) Telephonic Proceedings of any Party or Lawyer. Motions for telephonic appearance on criminal motion calendars must be scheduled on the appropriate criminal miscellaneous motion calendar and the moving party shall provide a proposed order. The judge may rule on the motion to appear telephonically without oral argument.
