Accepting proposals for changes to local rules - The Thurston County Superior Court is now accepting proposals for changes to its local court rules. Proposals for changes will be reviewed by the Board of Judges and, if adopted, be effective September 1, 2023. Written proposals must be submitted by February 17, 2023 to be considered. You can submit proposals by email using this link (use "Local Court Rules" in the subject line) or by regular mail to the courthouse. The court will review all proposals but encourages submitters to propose specific changes to rules if possible. You may view or download the court's local rules here. Accepting Applications for Pro Tems (9/7/22) - Thurston County Superior Court is accepting applications for Pro Tems at Family & Juvenile Court. The Pro Tem would be appointed to serve at the pleasure of the Board of Judges. Click here for more information. Press Release Regarding Juror Scam (4/27/22) - Thurston County Superior Court has recently become aware of scams to the effect of phone calls to people telling them they face arrest or a fine for allegedly no reporting for jury duty.
