Thurston County Seeks Help in Real Estate Transactions
Request for Qualifications from commercial real estate firms

OLYMPIA - The Thurston County Central Services Department is seeking qualifications (RFQ) from real estate firms, brokers, or professionals with experience and expertise in successful sales of commercial real estate in Thurston County, Washington.

The county has identified potential properties to sell, including a 65,000 square foot warehouse facility in the Mottman Light Industrial Park, as well as a smaller office building in West Olympia. The selected firm or individual will market the sites and act in the County's interest in obtaining the best possible value for the properties.
