Satsop, WA., October 20, 2009 – Ryan Davis, an executive with Bonacare of St. Louis, MO and Seoul, Korea, has been named Executive Director of the Regional Education and Training Center(RETC) at the Satsop Development Park in Elma, WA. In announcing his appointment, Cheryl Fambles, Director of the WIRED (Workforce Innovation in Regional Economic Development) grant for the five county region, said that Davis will lead the new RETC in its quest for a sustainable future.
Responsible for Bonacare’s successful integration of health care professionals into U.S. health care jobs, Ryan Davis has a proven track record in the health care industry. He brings extensive experience in hospital financial operations, generating millions of dollars in savings for hospitals by streamlining business operations, leveraging advanced technologies, and developing new process solutions for health care providers.
Ryan is a skilled communicator, manager, instructor, and project leader with the flexibility and creativity to find new and innovative solutions. As a consultant he has forged relationships and established a reputation with the nations’ most prestigious health care systems including New York Presbyterian, Barnes Jewish Health Care in St. Louis, and Rush Health Care in Chicago. Prior to his work in health care, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and completed a distinguished tour as an Air Force Officer and aviator. In addition to flying duties, he won recognition for the development of improved human capital management and training projects for the U.S. Air Force.
Davis, 35, currently resides in Seattle.
