Commissioners to Hold Public Hearings on Midterm Budget Adjustments and Proposed Updates to the Capital Improvement Program
Both hearings are set for October 7, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

OLYMPIA – Thurston County Board of County Commission will hold two public hearings on Monday, October 7, 2019. At 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, they will receive public comment on proposed updates to Thurston County’s Capital Improvement Program, Appendix G of the Comprehensive Plan. Once that hearing is adjourned, the Commissioners will receive public comment on the 2020 Midterm Budget Adjustments.  

What: Public Hearing – Proposed update to the Capital Improvement Plan
When: Monday, October 7, 2019
Time: 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter
Where: Thurston County Courthouse, Building 1, Room 280, 2000 Lakeridge Drive, SW, Olympia

Appendix G of the Comprehensive Plan is the county’s Capital Improvement Program, which describes the county’s expenditures and revenues for capital facilities during the coming six-year period; it is updated annually.

The preliminary 2020 midterm budget adjustments reflect proposed changes in the county’s expenditures and revenues for the operating and capital budgets in fiscal year 2020.
