Thurston County facilities are now open to the public with restrictions, including maintaining physical distancing of at least six feet at all times and, per the Washington State Secretary of Health’s face covering order wearing a cloth face covering or mask. If you come to county facilities, please be prepared for potentially long wait times or lines due to distancing guidelines. We continue to encourage residents to access county services online, by phone, by email, or through the use of drop boxes located outside of county buildings.

Commissioners to Hold Evening Board Meeting in Lacey
Meeting to take place at Washington Farm Bureau on Tuesday, January 28, at 5:30 p.m.

​OLYMPIA – The Board of County Commissioners have determined it is in the publics best interest of supporting greater citizen engagement in local government to have their regularly scheduled Board of County Commissioners meeting for Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the Washington Farm Bureau at 5:30 p.m.

When: Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 5:30 p.m.
Where: Washington Farm Bureau Harvest Room, 975 Carpenter Rd. NE #301, Lacey, WA 98516

The board will conduct a final review of the agenda for the January 28, 2020 meeting on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in Building One, Room 280 of the Thurston County Courthouse Complex, 2000 Lakeridge Drive SW Olympia, WA 98502. All agenda setting meetings are open to the public. The public can also watch agenda setting meetings live on the county's YouTube channel at

The Board of Commissioners will host two additional evening meeting in districts two and three in 2020 at locations and dates yet to be determined. Board agendas are available on the county website at
