Logic and Accuracy Test for Apr. 28 Special Election
Public can observe ballot machine testing on Apr. 15

OLYMPIA, WA – The Elections Division of the Thurston County Auditor's Office will conduct a "Logic and Accuracy" test on its ballot tabulation machines on Wednesday, April 15 at 2 p.m. for the April 28 special election in Tumwater.

A "Logic and Accuracy" test, or "L&A," is a collection of pre-election procedures that ensures voting equipment and ballots used during the upcoming election will properly display the ballot, collect votes, and tabulate results.

Citizens are welcome and encouraged to observe all steps of the election process, including the L&A test, which will be at the county's Ballot Processing Center at 2905 29th Ave. SW, Suite E in Tumwater.
