Historic Commission to Hold Launch Event for Thurston County History Book

OLYMPIA – Media and the public are invited to meet the authors of the Thurston County history book Water, Woods & Prairies at a book launch event on July 16, 1:30pm to 4:30pm at the Olympia Center.

Background:
The book, edited by Sandra A. Crowell and Shirley A. Stirling, was published in 2019 by the Thurston County Historic Commission and represents a major volunteer effort by 17 local history authors and experts.
