Thurston County Solid Waste and the Lacey MakerSpace invite community members to bring broken items like toasters, jewelry, clothing, bicycles, or lamps, to be repaired for free by skilled volunteers! This is a great way to help your community while learning repair skills that save money and reduce waste.

Public Health and Social Services will be CLOSED to the public, Thursday, October 31, 2024
Thurston County Public Health and Social Service main office, located at 412 Lilly Rd. NE Olympia, WA 98506, and our Environmental Health office located at 3000 Pacific Ave SE Olympia, WA 98501 (Suite 225), will be closed to the public on Thursday, October 31, 2024, from 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. for an all-staff meeting. Regularly scheduled operations will resume as usual the following day, Friday, November 1, 2024.
