Notice of Adoption

On December 12, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Ordinance #16332 known as the 2023 Comprehensive Plan Amendment package. The adopted amendments include the Pogue Land Use Amendment, approving the change of the land use designation of the applicant's and adjacent parcel from Rural Residential and Resource 1/5 to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial.

The 2022-2023 Docket Item #CPA-21 Pogue: Site-Specific Map, Land Use Plan, and Rezoning Amendment was an applicant-initiated proposal that amended the land use plan and changed the land use designation for an approximately 1.5 acre parcel from  Rural Residential/Resource 1/5 (RRR 1/5) to Neighborhood Convenience Commercial (NC). The County approved to also change the land use designation of an additional adjoining parcel (approximately 2.2 acres) from RRR 1/5 to NC.
