Board of County Commissioner Agenda Setting to be Live-Streamed
Viewers can watch agenda setting meetings, beginning Tuesday

OLYMPIA –   The Thurston County Board of Commissioners is pleased to announce that beginning Tuesday, May 1, citizens will be able to watch a live-stream of the Board of County Commissioners agenda setting meetings on the Thurston County YouTube channel.

The Board meets every Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to review the agenda for the Board of County Commissioners, Board of Health and Transportation Benefit District meetings, and receive information and updates about department requests and activities.

YouTube also records the live-stream so viewers can visit the Thurston County YouTube channel at their convenience to view Board meetings or public hearings.

"The County has been testing the option to live stream agenda setting meetings for the past month," said County Manager, Ramiro Chavez. "We conducted several trials to make sure the necessary equipment works correctly, and are pleased that we can now provide this option to the public."

Viewers can subscribe to the Thurston County YouTube channel here.
