Thurston County Veterans Advisory Board Meets May 19
Meeting held at the Thurston County Public Health Building

OLYMPIA - The next Veterans' Advisory Board meeting is Monday, May 19, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Thurston County Public Health and Social Services building on Lilly Road in Olympia. The meeting takes place in Conference Rooms 103/104.

The focus of the meeting is to review information regarding alternative funding sources and to hear about the Pierce County Veterans' Bureau and area Non-Profits. There will also be an opportunity for members of the public to address the Thurston County Veterans' Advisory Board.

- Purpose of the Veterans' Advisory Board -
"To advise the county legislative authority on the needs of local indigent veterans, the resources available to local indigent veterans, and programs that could benefit local indigent veterans and their families."
