Grand Mound Subarea Plan

Recent adoption of amendments
On December 12, 2023 the Board of County Commissioners took an action to adopt the Grand Mound Subarea Plan, code changes to lot widths and design guidelines for the Grand Mound UGA, and 4 site-specific land use and zoning amendments (Steelhammer, Fire District, Morgan Dental, and Tribal Trust Lands).
