Vendor Selection Process

​A Commercial Exhibits Committee, made up of Fair Board members, makes the selections for booth spaces. 

Applications will be reviewed regularly. Applicants may be asked to provide more information about their booth. Successful applicants will be notified and asked to proceed with the contracting process.

PLEASE BE AWARE:

  • We NEVER ask for application fees or payments through Venmo or Cash App.
  • All official communication regarding applications and payments will come from our verified channels and designated payment systems.
  • If you are asked to send money to a personal Venmo or Cash App account, it is a SCAM.

What to do if you encounter this scam:

  1. Do NOT send any money.
  2. Block the scammer immediately.
  3. Report the account on the social media platform where you encountered them.
  4. Report the scam to Venmo or Cash App directly through their app/website.
  5. Forward any suspicious emails or messages to us so we can track and address these fraudulent activities.
  6. Consider reporting to the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and the FBI's Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at ic3.gov.
