In-Person Service Hours:

The Clerk's Office lobby is open for in-person services from:

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

These changes are necessary due to staffing limitations resulting from current and prior county budget decisions.

Effective November 17, 2025, in-person service hours will change: 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Effective immediately, the Thurston County Clerk’s Office lobbies at Main Campus and Family & Juvenile Court will be closed to in-person services from 12–1 PM and 4–5 PM daily due to staffing shortages.

Effective July 27, 2025 fees related to filing, obtaining copies and other Clerk's Office services will change. The new fee schedule will be posted on July 27, 2025. Please review to ensure the proper amount is paid for the service(s) you are requesting.
