The Thurston Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing June 13, 2023, at 3:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, to accept public comment on the Clements Open Space Tax Program application.

Thurston County Public Works will close US 12, from Pecan Street SW to Old Highway 99 SW/Elderberry Street SW, for the pavement marking of the new roundabout intersection at Sargent Road.

Thurston County will declare a two-day, two-night Hazardous Weather Event May 14-15. During this extreme heat, Thurston County Homeless Service Providers will provide multiple options for individuals living outside to stay hydrated and find cool places to be during the day.
