Health Equity Community Health Assessment

The Department, in partnership with Thurston Thrives, is conducting a community health assessment. Findings will begin to be available late 2019 through early 2020.


The Department is currently providing community presentations on Youth and Health Equity using local Healthy Youth Survey data. Contact us to request a presentation.
