Thurston County offices are closed Monday, February 17 in observance of Presidents Day. County offices will reopen at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18.

The content on the Thurston County website is currently provided in English. We are providing the “Translation” for approximately 10 languages. Conservation Futures Program

Conservation Futures is a land preservation program that allows landowners to sell property or future development rights to a qualified conservation organization such as a land trust, which buys them with funds provided by Thurston County government.  Find current year applicants, and past year awards listed below.
