Upcoming Trainings for 2025
Adolescent Development
A Presentation by Caprice Paduano
This presentation will specifically look at the adolescent age, 10-19 years. We will look at biological (physical) development, cognitive development and social emotional development. While looking at these three areas we will explore the challenges an adolescent faces, reflect on typical issues and suggest ideas of how to work with these children while they work through this growth. We will finish with ideas about what environmental factors will most benefit the successful development of this age group. This information will be beneficial to the audience as it will help them understand what children of this age group are facing, what is typical development and what could be done to potentially support them in the legal system.
