  • Low Income Grants - Need financial assistance for basic septic system maintenance? Thurston county has a small grant program for Thurston County homeowners who live in the shellfish growing areas of Dana Passage, Totten, Eld, Henderson, Nisqually, and northern portion of Budd Inlet.
